If I have an S-type incorporation can I be personally liable if i am sued?
Can you answer james s's question about Incorporation?:
(ie.. I have a trucking business with my own truck and I am the only employee and the corporation pays for my personal finances. if i have an accident tomorrow can i be sued personally and my farm and home be in jeopardy?)
