Has anyone used an online company to file Articles of Incorporation vs. using an attorney?
Can you answer FGF's question about Incorporation?:
Just wondering if it is REALLY necessary to go to a lawyer if I know I want to be an LLC?
Thanks!

Your best bet is to go to the web site of the Secretary of State for your state. It will have a whole section explaining the laws in your state and how to file the correct documents. In many States, it is a very easy process that you can accomplish yourself without using an attorney or one of the online companies. And it's a whole lot cheaper.
Nope no attorney is needed to file the Artilcles of Incorporation, what you will need to do is go to your states website usually under secretary of state and you can get all the forms from there. Good luck with your new company!
It's not needed but if you want to make sure that everything is correct, etc then you can check with some company incorporation businesses. I know of one, Wisteria Formations. They can also provide business advice, accountancy and other services for you for next to nothing.
Yes. I have. I registered my company for only 25 pound using the wisteria formations service.
