Is an attorney required to form a corporation?
Answered By Ivan Welten
An attorney is not a legal obligation in
incorporation requirements. Preparation and
submission of the Articles of Incorporation
are definitely his job. Nonetheless, he
should initially understand the requirements
of the intended formation state. One could
use any service for the incorporation and
minimize attorneys' fees but you're not sure
that the incorporation will be advantageous
to your business; you won't anymore need to
consult an attorney.
